  • Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Thai basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Peanut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lime juice, fish sauce, and chili flakes, mixing well. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the pork mixture evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pork mixture.
