- Ground pork - 250 grams
- Lettuce leaves (butter or romaine) - 8 large leaves
- Shallots - 2 small, finely chopped
- Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Roasted rice powder - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped shallots, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the fish sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, and roasted rice powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped mint and cilantro.
- To serve, spoon the pork mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf, wrap them up, and enjoy.
