  • Fresh mint leaves - 30 grams, chopped
  • Cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust for spice preference)
  • Roasted rice powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4, for serving

Steps

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork mince, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Remove the skillet from heat and allow the pork to cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pork, shallots, mint, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, fish sauce, chili flakes, and roasted rice powder. Mix well.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice or fish sauce as desired.
  5. To serve, place a few lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon the larb mixture on top.
