Ingredients

  • Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and sliced
  • Fish fillet (white fish) - 100 grams, cut into bite-size pieces
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Shallots - 2, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1, sliced (any color)
  • Green beans - 100 grams, trimmed and halved
  • Thai basil leaves - 1 cup, packed
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced shallots, sauté until fragrant and shallots are translucent.
  3. Add shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the pan, stirring constantly until the seafood turns opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and green beans to the pan, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, and black pepper, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
