- Shallots - 2, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1, sliced (any color)
- Green beans - 100 grams, trimmed and halved
- Thai basil leaves - 1 cup, packed
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Black pepper - to taste
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced shallots, sauté until fragrant and shallots are translucent.
- Add shrimp, squid, and fish fillet to the pan, stirring constantly until the seafood turns opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add sliced bell pepper and green beans to the pan, stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, and black pepper, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
- Remove from heat and fold in Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
