  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Thai basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (optional for heat)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced shallots, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and green beans, cooking for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
