Steps
- In a bowl, mix the fermented soybean paste, lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create a smooth dip.
- Add the finely chopped shallots, chili flakes, and half of the chopped coriander to the dip, and stir well.
- Prepare the rice crackers by toasting them in a dry pan over medium heat until they are golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
