- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lime wedges - 2 for serving
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, red curry paste, and chicken broth. Stir over medium heat until well mixed and heated through, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the coconut curry sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the shredded chicken evenly over the sauce, followed by the sliced red onion and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and the crust is cooked through.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before topping with fresh cilantro and chili flakes.
