  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Carrot, grated - 50 grams
  • Thai basil leaves - 15 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked jasmine rice, shredded chicken breast, egg, green onions, red bell pepper, carrot, Thai basil, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chili flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape it to fit a pizza stone or baking tray.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to the pizza stone or tray, and brush the surface lightly with olive oil.
  5. Spread the rice mixture evenly over the pizza dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with additional Thai basil leaves before slicing and serving.
