- Chicken breast, diced - 200 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Green onions, chopped - 3 stalks
- Red bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
- Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lime, cut into wedges - 1

Steps
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble rice grains.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them with the chicken.
