  • Thai fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 3 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil (coconut or avocado) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, sautéing until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the rest of the oil, then pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until just set.
  4. Stir in the grated cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until it starts to soften.
  5. Add the fresh crab meat, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and ground black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add chopped green onions and cilantro, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice before serving.
