- Lime - 1, juiced
- Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking oil (coconut or avocado) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, sautéing until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the rest of the oil, then pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until just set.
- Stir in the grated cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently until it starts to soften.
- Add the fresh crab meat, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and ground black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped green onions and cilantro, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lime juice before serving.
