  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it according to package instructions. Allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
