Steps

  1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it in a rice cooker or on the stove according to package instructions.

  4. Stir in the cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, vegetable broth, sugar, and black pepper, mixing well to combine all ingredients evenly.
