  • Carrot, diced - 1 medium
  • Bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
  • Green peas - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce (vegetarian) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 stalks
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
