Steps
- Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Rinse the mung beans and boil them in water for about 30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.

- Fold the banana leaf over the filling to create a parcel and secure it with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
- Steam the wrapped parcels for an additional 20 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Remove from the steamer and let cool slightly before unwrapping.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
