- Coriander leaves - a handful, chopped
- Cucumber - 1, sliced

Steps
- Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Drain the soaked sticky rice and steam it in a bamboo steamer or a rice cooker for about 20-25 minutes until sticky and translucent.
- While the rice is steaming, prepare the fish by seasoning it lightly with salt and grilling it on a barbecue or stovetop grill pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, minced garlic, chili flakes, and fish sauce to create the dipping sauce.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and serve it alongside the grilled fish.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with cucumber slices and the dipping sauce on the side.
