- Coconut milk - 150 ml
- Sugar - 30 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Banana - 1 medium, sliced
- Pineapple - 100 grams, cut into wedges
- Mango - 1 medium, sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Wooden skewers - 4 pieces
Steps
- Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the soaked rice and steam it in a steamer lined with cheesecloth for about 20 minutes, until tender.
- In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves, then set aside.

- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the banana slices, pineapple wedges, and mango slices onto the wooden skewers, alternating the fruits.
- Grill the fruit skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and the fruits are slightly caramelized.
- To serve, place a portion of the sticky rice on each plate, drizzle with the remaining coconut milk mixture, and arrange the grilled fruit skewers alongside. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
