- Glutinous rice - 200 grams

- Oyster sauce (gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight, then drain.
- Steam the soaked rice in a bamboo or metal steamer for about 25 minutes until cooked and sticky.
- While the rice is steaming, heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced shallot to the pan, sautéing until fragrant and golden.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, cooking until it is no longer pink.
- Stir in the gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper, mixing well to coat the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Once the rice is ready, serve it on plates topped with the chicken stir-fry.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
