- Rice flour - 100 grams
- Coconut milk - 200 milliliters
- Sugar - 50 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Pandan extract - 1 teaspoon
- Pandan leaves - 4 pieces (for wrapping)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and pandan extract until smooth.
- Prepare pandan leaves by washing them and cutting into 15 cm pieces. Soften them by briefly steaming or boiling.
- Take a piece of pandan leaf and form a small cup shape at one end, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Pour the rice flour mixture into the pandan leaf cup, filling it about 3/4 full.
- Repeat the process until all mixture is used, creating around 8 cups.
- Place the pandan cups in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes or until the pudding sets.
- Remove from the steamer and let cool slightly before serving.
