Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 200 milliliters
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pandan extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Pandan leaves - 4 pieces (for wrapping)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and pandan extract until smooth.
  2. Prepare pandan leaves by washing them and cutting into 15 cm pieces. Soften them by briefly steaming or boiling.
  3. Take a piece of pandan leaf and form a small cup shape at one end, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Pour the rice flour mixture into the pandan leaf cup, filling it about 3/4 full.
  5. Repeat the process until all mixture is used, creating around 8 cups.
  6. Place the pandan cups in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes or until the pudding sets.
  7. Remove from the steamer and let cool slightly before serving.
