Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Palm sugar - 50 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pandan leaves - 4 pieces (for wrapping)
  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, palm sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the coconut milk and water, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
  3. Prepare the pandan leaves by washing them and cutting them into 15 cm lengths.
  4. Take two pieces of pandan leaves, overlap them slightly, and fold them into a cone shape, securing the base.
  5. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter into the cone, filling it halfway.
  6. Fold the top of the pandan leaves over to seal the cone, and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
  7. Place the filled pandan cones in a steamer and steam over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until set.
  8. Remove from the steamer and let cool slightly before serving.
