- Rice flour - 100 grams
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Palm sugar - 50 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Pandan leaves - 4 pieces (for wrapping)
- Water - 100 ml
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, palm sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add the coconut milk and water, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Prepare the pandan leaves by washing them and cutting them into 15 cm lengths.
- Take two pieces of pandan leaves, overlap them slightly, and fold them into a cone shape, securing the base.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter into the cone, filling it halfway.
- Fold the top of the pandan leaves over to seal the cone, and repeat the process for the remaining batter.
- Place the filled pandan cones in a steamer and steam over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from the steamer and let cool slightly before serving.
