- Water - 200 ml
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add the coconut milk and water to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil and add the pandan leaves for flavor.
- Place a steamer basket over the pot, ensuring it does not touch the boiling water.
- Grease small individual cups or ramekins and pour the rice flour mixture into them, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Cover the steamer with a lid and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove the cups from the steamer and let them cool slightly before serving.
