Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add coconut milk and pandan juice to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- Lightly grease small ramekins or a steaming tray with oil.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them to about 3/4 full.
- Steam the batter over boiling water for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
