Steps
- Preheat the steamer and prepare a heatproof dish or mold by greasing it lightly with oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, pandan juice, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until a smooth batter forms.
