  • Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and sliced
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Thai red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and squid to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.
