Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
- Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm cubes and place in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix coconut aminos, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, and fish sauce to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the pork cubes, ensuring they are well coated, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
