Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Coconut aminos - 3 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix coconut aminos, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, and fish sauce to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork cubes, ensuring they are well coated, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
