  • Konjac noodles - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Scallions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain well.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Stir in the red chili flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Add the drained konjac noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic oil mixture.
