  • Coconut milk - 400 ml
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the Thai red curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
