- Red onion - 1/4 medium (about 30g)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener - 1 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
