  • Thai red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the cilantro-lime sauce by mixing mayonnaise with lime juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  5. Once the burgers are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. To assemble, place each burger patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with sliced cucumber, avocado, and a generous drizzle of the cilantro-lime sauce.
  7. Wrap the lettuce around the burger and enjoy!
