Ingredients

  • Black sesame seeds - 60g
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut - 30g
  • Almond flour - 30g
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Erythritol sweetener - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water - as needed (around 1-2 tablespoons)

Steps

  1. In a dry skillet over medium heat, lightly toast the black sesame seeds for about 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted black sesame seeds, unsweetened shredded coconut, almond flour, erythritol sweetener, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients along with the vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture holds together but is not too sticky.
  5. Once the dough is formed, shape it into small balls, about 2.5cm in diameter.
