Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, coconut milk, and erythritol. Heat over medium heat until the erythritol is fully dissolved.
- Sprinkle agar-agar powder over the mixture, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to heat until it reaches a gentle simmer.
