Steps
- Rinse the konjac rice under cold water and drain well.
- In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, erythritol sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
- Add the rinsed konjac rice to the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
