- Zucchini - 2 medium (spiralized into noodles)
- Shrimp - 300 grams (peeled and deveined)
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 3 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Green onion - 2 (sliced)
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
