Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 500 grams
  • coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Thai red curry paste - 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto) - 2 tablespoons
  • lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes for best flavor.
