- chicken wings - 500 grams
- coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
- Thai red curry paste - 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce (or coconut aminos for keto) - 2 tablespoons
- lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes for best flavor.
- Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
