  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, curry powder, and salt to create the marinade.
