  • Thai red curry paste - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk - 100ml
  • Cooked chicken breast (shredded) - 150g
  • Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned in juice, drained) - 100g
  • Red bell pepper (sliced) - 50g
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and coconut oil. Mix until a dough forms.
