- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Green onion - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
- Peanuts - 20 grams, chopped (optional for garnish)
- Sriracha sauce - to taste (optional)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, fish sauce, lime juice, chopped cilantro, chopped green onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
