  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Erythritol - 1 tablespoon (or to taste)
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander - 10 grams, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped shallots and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped dried red chilies, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
