  • Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp (or sugar-free alternative)
  • Fish sauce - 1 tsp
  • Avocado oil - 2 tbsp
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges for serving

Steps

  1. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped bird's eye chili to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground pork to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
