Ingredients
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
- Coconut cream - 100 ml
- Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ripe mango - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- Steam the cauliflower rice for about 10 minutes until tender.
