- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Cooked chicken breast (shredded) - 150 grams
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 1/2 medium
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a pizza base, about 1/2 cm thick.
- Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add green curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Stir in shredded chicken and bell pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the green curry chicken mixture evenly over the top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with lime juice, and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
