  • Green curry paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, green curry paste, coconut flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.

  4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings. Slice the avocado and chop the cilantro.
  5. Once the burgers are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. To assemble, place each burger patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with avocado slices and chopped cilantro, and wrap the lettuce around the filling.
