- Ground beef (80% lean) - 300 grams
- Green curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, green curry paste, coconut flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings. Slice the avocado and chop the cilantro.
