  • Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, green curry paste, coconut milk, egg, salt, black pepper, and coconut flour until well mixed.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
