Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, green curry paste, coconut milk, egg, salt, black pepper, and coconut flour until well mixed.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
