- Bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
- Zucchini, sliced - 1 small
- Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Cilantro, chopped - 10 grams
- Chili, sliced (optional) - 1
Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the red curry paste and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
