- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 100 grams
- Red onion (sliced) - 50 grams
- Zucchini (sliced) - 100 grams
- Fresh basil leaves - a handful
- Lime (for juice and garnish) - 1
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, and baking powder to create the pizza dough. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the coconut curry sauce by heating coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add red curry paste and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the coconut milk, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened, then remove from heat.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and spread the coconut curry sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top the pizza with sliced bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini.
