- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick strips.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the zucchini strips to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
