Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium (about 300g)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash the zucchinis and slice them lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the zucchini strips to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  5. Let the zucchini marinate for about 10 minutes.
