  • Chili paste - 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili paste to create the marinade.
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems, then place them in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
