Ingredients

  • Thai bird's eye peppers - 10 pieces
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Lime juice - 15 ml
  • Brown sugar - 10 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh coriander - 10 grams, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 15 ml
  • Vegetable oil - for grilling

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the Thai bird's eye peppers to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Remove the peppers from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they have nice grill marks and are tender.
