Ingredients

  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the Thai chili peppers to the marinade and toss to coat them evenly. Let them sit for about 5 minutes.
