  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1 cm thick slices.
