  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (5g)
  • Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons (30g)
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (8g)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into 1-inch thick rings.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chili flakes, brown sugar, lime juice, and salt to create a glaze.
  4. Brush both sides of the pineapple rings with the chili glaze.
